LINCOLN — Rhode Island State Police made three arrests overnight at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, including one for driving under the influence and two on outstanding warrants.
At 8:20 p.m., troopers arrested Le Manh, 56, of Cranston, following a motor vehicle stop on Twin River Road in Lincoln.
Manh was charged with driving under the influence of liquor with BAC unknown and refusal to submit to a chemical test, both first offenses.
After processing, Manh was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 10:53 p.m., troopers arrested Egal Jimenez, 40, of Providence, during a traffic stop on Elmwood Avenue in Providence.
Jimenez was wanted on an active arrest warrant from the Providence Police Department for malicious destruction of property.
After processing at Lincoln Woods Barracks, Jimenez was turned over to Providence Police.
At 1:18 a.m., troopers arrested Bolarin Kowe, 65, of Providence, on an active warrant from the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks for simple assault.
The arrest resulted from a barracks investigation, with Kowe being located by North Providence Police Department.
Kowe was processed and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
