LEWISTON — Police are seeking the public’s help to identify an individual who may have been operating a red mini bike on the Niagara Scenic Parkway Sunday afternoon.
The Lewiston Police Department released information about the investigation Monday.
Authorities have not disclosed why they are attempting to identify the mini bike operator.
