FAIR HAVEN — A local man faces charges of first-degree aggravated domestic assault following a reported domestic dispute on Fourth Street Ext.
Thomas P. Severance Sr., 46, of Fair Haven, was arrested on April 14 after police responded to a call at approximately 5:05 p.m.
According to police, Severance allegedly engaged in a physical altercation with a family member, causing injury.
Severance was issued a citation to appear in Rutland District Court on April 15 to answer to the charge.
