Waterbury police arrest Connecticut woman in stolen car case

WATERBURY — Officers from the Waterbury Police Department’s Auto Theft Task Force arrested a Naugatuck woman driving a stolen Honda Accord on Tuesday.

On April 8 at approximately 1:42 p.m., officers patrolling the area of Cooke Street and Grove Street observed a 2000 gray Honda Accord that had been reported stolen from Naugatuck.

Officers conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver as Susan Fellows, 50, of Naugatuck.

Fellows was apprehended without incident and charged with first-offense larceny of a motor vehicle.

The Waterbury Police Department continues its efforts to combat auto theft and related crimes in the community.
