SAUGERTIES — The Saugerties Police Department arrested April Marie Sackett, 43, of Saugerties on April 15 at about 3:27 p.m. following a complaint.
According to police, Sackett was charged with petit larceny and conspiracy in the sixth degree.
The arrest took place at 3139 Route 9W in Saugerties.
Sackett was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
