FRANKLIN — A Staten Island man has been charged with trespass following an incident in Franklin in January, according to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a complaint on Jan. 8 in the town, where they allege 53-year-old Joseph Mangi entered and remained unlawfully on private property.
After the investigation, deputies requested a criminal summons from the Franklin Town Court.
On April 8, deputies arrested Mangi on the charge of trespass, a violation under New York Penal Law.
Mangi is scheduled to appear in Franklin Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
