BRATTLEBORO — A 63-year-old Brattleboro man was arrested Monday after state police determined he was driving under the influence of alcohol while his license was criminally suspended.
Mark Kriskov was stopped by Vermont State Police troopers from the Westminster Barracks on Putney Road for a motor vehicle violation on April 14.
During the traffic stop, troopers discovered Kriskov was operating with a criminally suspended license due to previous DUI convictions.
Troopers also determined Kriskov was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the stop.
Kriskov was arrested and transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing.
He was later lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility on $5,000 bail.
Kriskov faces charges of DUI #4 and driving with a criminally suspended license.
He is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on April 15 at 12:30 p.m.
