ST. JOHNSBURY — A 36-year-old local woman faces charges after allegedly causing a disturbance on Elm Street early Monday morning.
Officers responded to 88 Elm Street at approximately 7:54 a.m. on April 14 following reports of a woman yelling, screaming and breaking items.
Police identified the suspect as Kayla Lloyd of St. Johnsbury.
Investigation revealed Lloyd had thrown and broken items in the roadway, according to authorities.
Officers located Lloyd on Concord Avenue and issued her a citation.
Lloyd faces charges of unlawful mischief and disorderly conduct.
She is scheduled for arraignment in Caledonia Superior Court on May 12 at 8:30 a.m.
The victim was identified as Jason Langmaid, 50, also of St. Johnsbury.
