MANCHESTER — Manchester Police arrested a 47-year-old man after he allegedly exposed himself and threatened someone with a gun in a South Willow Street parking lot.

On April 12 at approximately 12:50 p.m., officers responded to 1111 South Willow Street following reports of a man exposing himself and threatening someone with a firearm.

The victim told police he had witnessed an unknown man exposing himself near a vehicle in the parking lot.

When the victim shouted at the man to stop and leave, the suspect allegedly reached into his car, retrieved a gun, and pointed it at the victim.

The suspect then tucked the gun into his waistband, got into his vehicle, and drove away from the scene.

Shortly after, police received another call reporting that the same man had returned to the area and entered a hair salon.

Officers responded and located the suspect, who was arrested without incident.

Police identified the suspect as Jaime Torres Boden of Manchester.

Boden was charged with Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon and Indecent Exposure.
