LYNDON — A 25-year-old Barnet man faces multiple charges following a domestic incident early Sunday morning.
Vermont State Police responded to a report of a family fight in Lyndon at approximately 2:28 a.m. on April 13.
After speaking with all individuals involved, troopers determined that David Noyes had committed second-degree aggravated domestic assault.
Noyes was also charged with violating court order conditions, aggravated disorderly conduct, three counts of simple assault, and unlawful mischief.
During the investigation, Noyes attempted to flee from troopers while handcuffed, resulting in an additional charge of attempted escape.
Troopers transported Noyes to the Vermont State Police barracks in St. Johnsbury for processing.
Noyes is being held without bail at Northeast Correctional Complex.
He is scheduled to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court – Criminal Division at 12:30 p.m. on April 14.
