HALFMOON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Halfmoon man Thursday following an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred earlier in the week.
Kyle L. Hunter Sr., 54, of Halfmoon, was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, a class E felony, and harassment in the second degree, a violation.
Deputies initially responded to a call at a residence on Andrea Court in Halfmoon at 11:26 a.m. Monday.
According to authorities, Hunter is accused of violating an order of protection by grabbing the protected person by their face.
Hunter was arrested Thursday on a warrant issued by the Halfmoon Town Court.
He was arraigned before Judge Katherine Suchocki in Halfmoon Town Court and released to pretrial services pending further proceedings.
