BURLINGTON — A Richfield woman was arrested Wednesday following a traffic stop in the town of Burlington, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Zoe Berberick, 20, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and unlicensed operation after being pulled over at approximately 9 p.m. on April 9.
Deputies initially stopped Berberick for having no or inadequate stop lamps on her vehicle.
During the traffic stop, authorities discovered Berberick was driving with a suspended New York State driver’s license.
Berberick was issued tickets and an appearance ticket for Burlington Town Court, where she is scheduled to appear at a later date.
