MANLIUS — A Manlius man turned himself in Saturday on murder charges in connection with the shooting death of a Syracuse resident.
Radu Zumar Turner, 48, was arrested on charges of second-degree murder and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, according to the Town of Manlius Police Department.
The charges stem from the shooting death of KenQuon J. Davis, 39, of Syracuse.
Turner surrendered to authorities at 4 p.m. Saturday and will be held at the Onondaga County Justice Center pending arraignment.

The Manlius Police Department acknowledged assistance from several agencies in the investigation, including the Town of Dewitt Police Department, Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office, Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office, the United States Marshalls Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Authorities said additional information will be released as appropriate.
