ALBANY, NY — A 41-year-old Albany man faces multiple charges after allegedly threatening someone with a handgun at a local bar early Saturday morning.
Officers responded to Waterworks at 76 Central Avenue around 2:30 a.m. Saturday for reports of a fight, according to the Albany Police Department.
Upon arrival, police learned that Bakeim McCall had threatened a male victim with a handgun prior to their arrival.
Responding officers located McCall and recovered a loaded .22 revolver before taking him into custody.
Police said McCall was also found to be in possession of a quantity of ecstasy.
No injuries were reported during the incident.
McCall has been charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd, one count of Menacing 2nd, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd, and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.
He was arraigned Saturday morning in Albany City Criminal Court and remanded to the Albany County Jail.
