LONDONDERRY — A local resident was issued a criminal citation after allegedly threatening a neighbor during a dispute Thursday morning.
Vermont State Police responded to Overlook Drive at approximately 8:28 a.m. on April 10 following a report of threats made during a citizen dispute.
Troopers from the Westminster Barracks investigated the incident and determined that Ivory L. King, 35, of Londonderry had threatened Russell S. Williams, 60, also of Londonderry.
The alleged threats caused Williams to fear for his safety, according to police.
King was issued a criminal citation for Criminal Threatening and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Unit, Criminal Division, on June 17 at 8:30 a.m.
