NINEVEH — New York State Police arrested two brothers on separate charges following an investigation in Nineveh on April 4.

Christopher A. Banks, 37, of Nineveh, was charged with Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony.

The arrest came after members of the State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations at Binghamton, assisted by the Troop C Computer Crimes and Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, executed a search warrant at Banks’ residence.

Investigators determined Christopher Banks was in possession of images consistent with child sexual exploitation.

During the same investigation, authorities discovered that Mark G. Banks, 38, also of Nineveh, had sexually abused a dairy cow while employed at a farm in the town of Colesville.

Mark Banks was charged with Sexual Misconduct, a misdemeanor.

Both men were issued appearance tickets to the Colesville Town Court for April 24.
