CLIFTON PARK — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Ballston Spa man following a domestic incident early Thursday morning.
Deputies responded to a call on London Square Drive in Clifton Park at 12:39 a.m. on April 10.
Daniel S.P. Catone, 25, of Ballston Spa, was charged with aggravated family offense and criminal contempt in the first degree, both class E felonies, along with harassment in the second degree, a violation.
Authorities say Catone is accused of slapping a pair of glasses off another person’s face, violating an existing order of protection.
The aggravated family offense charge stems from Catone allegedly committing a specified offense after having been convicted of a similar offense within the past five years.
Catone was released on appearance tickets pending further proceedings at the direction of Clifton Park Town Court Judge Robert A. Rybak.
