SWANTON — A 20-year-old Swanton man faces charges of luring a child and possession of child sexual abuse material following an investigation by the Northwest Unit for Special Investigations.
Kenneth Glennon was arrested after an investigation that began on March 26 based on reports involving a 13-year-old female, according to authorities.
Investigators determined that Glennon had committed the offense of luring a child and was found in possession of child sexual abuse material.
Glennon was released on a citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court – Franklin Criminal Division on May 27 at 8:30 a.m.
