CLIFTON PARK — State Police arrested a Clifton Park man Tuesday on felony charges related to child sexual exploitation.
Trevor W. English, 41, was charged with Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class D felony, and Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E felony.
The arrest on April 8 followed an investigation stemming from a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
State Police executed a search warrant at English’s Clifton Park residence with assistance from the Troop G Computer Crimes Unit, the Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
English was processed at the State Police Clifton Park station before being arraigned in Clifton Park Town Court.
The court ordered English to surrender his passport before releasing him.
