WEST GREENWICH — A Montgomery, Alabama man was arrested Monday afternoon on firearms charges following a traffic stop on Route 95 North in West Greenwich.
Jeffery Mose, 37, was taken into custody at 1:09 p.m. by Rhode Island State Police Troopers from the Hope Valley Barracks.
Mose was charged with possession of a firearm without a license or permit required for carrying a pistol and two counts of possession of a large capacity feeding device.
Following his arrest, Mose was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks for processing.
He was held overnight pending arraignment at Third District Court.
