MIDDLEFIELD — An Exeter man incarcerated at the Otsego County Correctional Facility was arrested Wednesday for allegedly violating a temporary order of protection.
Michael V. Andreoli, 39, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators said Andreoli continuously contacted a protected party despite a no-contact order of protection being in place.
Andreoli was processed on April 9 and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Middlefield Court at a later date.
He remains in custody at the Otsego County Correctional Facility.
