BOLIVAR — Bolivar police arrested a 41-year-old woman Tuesday on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court.
Brianna M. Clark, who has no permanent address, was taken into custody April 8 on the warrant related to original charges of third-degree assault and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
New York State Police in Olean located Clark and transferred her to Bolivar Police Department custody.
Clark was held at Allegany County Jail pending an appearance at Centralized Arraignment Part Court.
She is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
