SPRINGFIELD — A 21-year-old Springfield man was arrested Wednesday night on charges of driving under the influence and violating conditions of release.
Officers from the Springfield Police Department located Isaac Rose in physical control of a motor vehicle on a public highway at approximately 11:24 p.m. on March 26.
Police observed indicators of impairment and took Rose into custody.
Rose was transported to the Springfield Police Department for processing, where officers discovered he had conditions of release that prohibited him from buying, consuming or possessing alcoholic beverages.
Following processing, Rose was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, Windsor Unit in Woodstock on April 15 at 8:30 a.m.
The charges include driving under the influence and two counts of violating conditions of release.
