GREENBURGH — A 2007 Toyota Sienna was stopped by a Trooper from SP Tarrytown on Interstate 287 eastbound for violations of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law on April 6 at approximately 10:23 p.m.
The vehicle’s operator, identified as Hector O. Jueladeleg, 40, of White Plains, exhibited indicators of intoxication during the stop.
The Trooper administered standardized field sobriety tests, which Jueladeleg failed, leading to his arrest on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Jueladeleg was taken to SP Tarrytown for processing, where he consented to a breath test that revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.22%.
Authorities determined during processing that Jueladeleg has three prior DWI convictions within the past ten years.
Jueladeleg now faces charges including Driving While Intoxicated (D felony), Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (D felony), and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree, with a permanent revocation.
He was issued an appearance ticket for Greenburgh Town Court, where he is scheduled to appear on April 24 at 2:00 p.m.
