WESTMINSTER — A Chester man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a single-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon.
Vermont State Police troopers responded to the crash on Westminster West Road at about 2:24 p.m. April 8.
The driver, Paul Waysville, 69, of Chester, showed signs of impairment at the scene, according to police.
Waysville was taken into custody and transported to the Vermont State Police Westminster Barracks for processing.
He was later released with a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division, to answer to the DUI charge.
