Albion police report multiple arrests in early April

ALBION — The Albion Police Department made several arrests on various charges during the period of March 31 through April 6.

Michael Murdie III was charged on March 31 with operation of a motor vehicle with suspended registration, a misdemeanor offense, on Ingersoll Street.

On April 1, Benjamin Burris-Wirth was charged on Bayberry Lane with circumventing an interlock device for another person, a misdemeanor.

Derek Horton also faced charges on April 1 on Bayberry Lane for circumventing an interlock device by blowing into the device, a misdemeanor.

The same day, Joshua Stambach was charged on Park Avenue in Medina with third-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.

Valentina Ruiz-Jakes was charged on April 4 on West Avenue with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

Henry Marling was charged on April 6 on South Main Street with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
