LONDONDERRY — The Vermont State Police responded to reports of threatening behavior involving a Londonderry resident on March 26 at 1:18 p.m.
Authorities discovered that Ivory King, 35, had violated his Conditions of Release.
On April 7 at 12:37 p.m., officers were called to a residence on Overlook Drive in Londonderry, where they witnessed a domestic assault involving King and another household member.
King was issued a criminal citation and taken to the Westminster barracks for processing.
He is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on April 8 at 12:30 p.m.
King received additional Conditions of Release and is currently held at the Southern State Correctional Facility with a $1,000 bail.
