CORTLANDVILLE — A homeless man, Richard A. Moore, 44, was arrested Saturday evening in Cortlandville for criminal contempt in the second degree.
Officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a harassment complaint at approximately 6:06 p.m.
Moore was found at a residence, violating the terms of an Order of Protection.
He was taken into custody and processed at the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office.
Moore was arraigned the same evening through the Centralized Arraignment Process and released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Cortlandville Court at 11:30 p.m. on April 14.
