PROVIDENCE — A Central Falls man was arrested early Monday after a motor vehicle stop in Providence, according to Rhode Island State Police.
Alexander Usenia, 56, of 125 Clay Street, was charged with eluding police as a second offense and obstruction of a police officer.
Troopers made the arrest at 4:30 a.m. on April 7 after locating Usenia on Douglas Avenue in Providence.
Usenia was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future court date at the Sixth Division District Court.
