ALTON — A dog was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle on Hollywood Beach Road at approximately 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Alton Police Department.
Authorities believe the vehicle was traveling into town from Barnstead based on the location of the incident.
Police are seeking information to help identify the vehicle or driver involved in the collision.
