VERNON — Vernon police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals who evaded officers during a traffic stop attempt on April 4.
According to the Vernon Police Department, an officer attempted to stop the individuals due to their erratic driving.
The suspects did not comply with the officer’s signals and continued driving erratically.
Police said the officer did not pursue the vehicle for public safety reasons.
The individuals were later spotted in Henry Park, where they again failed to stop for police.
Officers did not pursue them during the second encounter either.
