EXETER — Police are searching for a fourth suspect after three men were arrested following reports of shots fired in the town forest area.
The Exeter Police Department said the unidentified man remains at large after an extensive manhunt Thursday that included four police K9 teams, a drone and a New Hampshire State Police helicopter.
“We are confident that the fourth person is no longer in the area,” police said in a statement.
Three men were arrested in connection with the incident: Luis Rosado, 20, of Worcester, Mass.; Luis Negron, 20, of Lowell, Mass.; and Xavier Deleon, 19, of Lawrence, Mass.
Rosado faces charges of resisting arrest/detention (two counts) and simple assault on a police officer, while Negron and Deleon each face one count of resisting arrest/detention.
The three men are scheduled for arraignment at 1 p.m. Friday at the 10th Circuit Court in Brentwood.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be forthcoming.
