Boston police seek suspect in attempted break-in

BOSTON — Boston police are asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect involved in an attempted breaking and entering incident in Mattapan.

The incident occurred at approximately 2:41 a.m. on Sunday, March 30, in the area of School Street, according to detectives from District B-3.

Police said the suspect’s attempt was unsuccessful, and he was last seen walking toward Washington Street.

Authorities are actively reviewing the circumstances surrounding the incident and have released images of the suspect.
