OWEGO — Two Endicott men were arrested on burglary charges following a trespassing complaint in Tioga County, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Shane S. Kelly, 46, and Ryan D. Kelly, 37, both of Endicott, were arrested on March 26 after authorities responded to a complaint about trespassing inside a building.
Both men face charges of third-degree burglary, a Class D felony; third-degree criminal mischief, a Class E felony; and possession of burglary tools, a Class A misdemeanor.
Shane Kelly was arraigned at Tioga County CAP Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail Division.
Ryan Kelly was also arraigned at Tioga County CAP Court but was released on his own recognizance.
Both men are scheduled to appear before Justice Bennett at Owego Town Court at a later date.
