GREECE — Two people were arrested after police found them unresponsive in a stolen vehicle on Latta Road early Thursday morning.
Greece Police officers located a 2016 Honda CRV with its hazard lights activated at the intersection of Latta Road and Ripplewood Drive at approximately 9:12 a.m. on April 3.
Officers detained the two occupants, identified as Chazaray Green, 39, of Rochester, and Jada B. Wetzel, 27, of Lackawanna.
Hypodermic needles were observed inside the vehicle during the investigation.
Wetzel appeared to be under the influence and received medical attention at the scene.
Both Green and Wetzel were charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Third Degree.
The suspects were transported to the county jail to await arraignment in CAP Court.
