WELLS — Wells police reported 29 arrests and summonses during March, according to a press release from the department.
On March 1 at 9:34 a.m., Trivane Palmer, 30, of Wells, turned himself in on an active warrant for his arrest.
Palmer posted bail and is scheduled to appear at the York Judicial Center in Biddeford on April 22.
Later that day at 1:48 p.m., Alan Fielding, 69, of Ogunquit, was summonsed for Operating with a Suspended Registration after a motor vehicle stop.
Fielding is scheduled to appear in court on May 28.
On March 2 at 4:05 a.m., Jessica Linscott, 52, of North Berwick, was summonsed for Operating after Suspension following a traffic stop.
Linscott’s court date is set for May 28.
That same day at 12:23 p.m., Susan Boudreau, 64, of Ogunquit, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer after an investigation at a local establishment.
Boudreau is scheduled to appear in court on May 28.
Also on March 2 at 6:31 p.m., Katlynn Dussault, 31, of Berwick, was summonsed for Operating with a Suspended Registration following a traffic stop.
Dussault’s court appearance is scheduled for May 28.
On March 4 at 2:13 a.m., Jessica Naughton, 35, of Shapleigh, was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Fentanyl Powder and Violating Conditions of Release.
Unable to post bail, Naughton is scheduled to appear in court on June 10.
On March 6 at 11:29 a.m., Kirstyn Helton, 37, of Berwick, was summonsed for Criminal Trespass.
Helton’s court date is set for April 30.
Later that day at 4:09 p.m., Jonathan Clark, 40, of Biddeford, was arrested for Operating Under the Influence following a motor vehicle crash.
Clark posted bail and is scheduled to appear in court on March 28.
On March 8 at 1:15 p.m., Christine Potorski, 22, of York, was summonsed for Operating with a Suspended Registration after a traffic stop.
Potorski’s court date is March 28.
On March 10 at 11:15 a.m., Neil Marletta, 36, of Kennebunk, was summonsed for Burglary and Criminal Mischief related to an incident from January 15.
Marletta, already being held at Cumberland County Jail on separate charges, is scheduled to appear in court on March 28.
On March 13 at 3:54 a.m., three Massachusetts residents — Ngocmy Natalie Nguyen, 19, Sharayah Scott-Cummins, 19, and Sarah O’Connor, 19 — were all summonsed for Possession of Marijuana.
All three are scheduled to appear in court on June 25.
Later on March 13 at 10:44 p.m., Christian Sprague, 22, of Wells, was summonsed for Cruelty to Animals following an investigation of a March 9 incident.
Sprague’s court date is June 25.
On March 13 at 12:13 p.m., a 15-year-old juvenile from Wells was arrested and charged with Assault and Refusing to Submit to Arrest.
The juvenile was released to Long Creek Youth Development Center and is scheduled to appear in court on March 21.
On March 14 at 10:52 p.m., Geoffrey Dow, 28, of Somersworth, New Hampshire, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Dow posted bail and is scheduled to appear in court on June 10.
On March 15 at 11:03 p.m., Louise Garand, 59, of Kennebunk, was arrested for Operating Under the Influence following a motor vehicle crash.
