BERKSHIRE — Vermont State Police discovered a single-vehicle crash on VT Route 105 at approximately 10:16 p.m. Tuesday, where a pickup truck struck a telephone pole.
Jack Fuson, 56, of Sheldon, was operating a 2018 Ford F-150 when the vehicle collided with the pole.
The crash resulted in a power outage in the area and required a temporary closure of VT Route 105 while Vermont Electric Co-op crews worked to replace the downed pole and restore electricity.
Fuson was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash and did not sustain any injuries.
The pickup truck sustained major damage in the collision.
Road conditions were reported as dry and weather was clear at the time of the incident.
