NORWALK — A Bridgeport man was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop in Norwalk on Tuesday.
Officers from the Norwalk Police Department’s Special Services Division conducted the stop at the intersection of Stuart Avenue and Connecticut Avenue around 11 a.m. on April 1.
During their investigation, officers identified one of the vehicle’s occupants as Trey Daniel Greene, 31, who was known to them from previous narcotics arrests.
Further investigation revealed Greene was in possession of narcotics, police said.
Officers found 8.25 grams of cocaine, 14.66 grams of crack cocaine, 1.24 grams of fentanyl and 14 folds of heroin, according to police.
Greene, of 515 West Avenue Apartment 302 in Bridgeport, was charged with possession of a narcotic substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.
His bond was set at $100,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on April 15.
