Broome County Sheriff’s Office reports 9 arrests in weekly update

BINGHAMTON — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly arrest report Tuesday, detailing nine individuals charged with various offenses throughout the county.

Veronica L. Arnold, 44, of Whitney Point, faces a Class A misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Union.

Kenneth R. Degroat Jr., 34, of Windsor, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration, a Class A misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations after being stopped in the Town of Windsor.

Ethan B. Falciola, 23, of Johnson City, received a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated and multiple traffic violations following a traffic stop in Binghamton.

James H. Gilkeson, 68, of Kirkwood, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration, a Class A misdemeanor, during a warrant execution in Kirkwood.

Dominick S. Howe, 32, of Johnson City, faces a Class A misdemeanor charge of criminal impersonation following a warrant execution in the Town of Dickinson.

Landon M. Maynard, 19, of Windsor, was charged with two counts of second-degree rape, Class D felonies, following statutory rape investigations in Windsor.

Stepan I. Mykytyuk, 72, of Dickinson, faces multiple Class A misdemeanors including assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, and criminal mischief after a domestic incident investigation.

Felisha M. Rodriguez, 35, of Johnson City, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content above .08 and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a BAC above .18, both misdemeanors, after a traffic stop in the Town of Maine.

John T. Short, 56, of Lisle, was charged with criminal contempt, a Class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Barker.
