Brattleboro police arrest 9 in four-day span

BRATTLEBORO — Nine individuals were arrested on various charges during a four-day period from March 30 to April 2, according to the Brattleboro Police Department.

On March 30, officers on patrol arrested Michael Smith Jr., 36, of Brattleboro at the Brattleboro Transportation Center on an active Vermont arrest warrant.

Smith was held in lieu of $1,000 bail and scheduled to appear in Windham County Superior Court on March 31.

Kristin Odell, 42, of Wilmington was arrested on March 31 at approximately 4:37 p.m. following a motor vehicle stop on Marlboro Road.

Police determined Odell was operating a vehicle while under the influence, driving with a criminally suspended license, required an ignition interlock restricted driver’s license, and had violated conditions of release.

Later that same day, at approximately 7:04 p.m., officers responded to a two-car accident on Maple Street where Christopher Snow, 45, of Brattleboro was arrested for driving under the influence.

On April 1, Sasha Hardwicke, 37, of Troy was arrested for domestic assault following a disturbance at a South Main Street residence and held on $100 bail.

Shannon Mylott, 26, of Brattleboro was cited on April 1 after officers discovered an active arrest warrant during an encounter at the Brattleboro Transportation Center.

Brandon Jenkins, 45, of Brattleboro was arrested the same day during a traffic stop on Main Street for operating a vehicle with a criminally suspended license.

Also on April 1, Tigerlillie Dickson, 28, of Brattleboro was arrested on an active warrant following a suspicious complaint on Main Street and held on $50 bail.

Adam Florence, 46, of Brattleboro was arrested on Elliot Street on April 1 on an active warrant and held on $1,000 bail.

Lori Weatherford, 45, of Burlington was cited on April 1 after officers responded to a suspicious complaint on Putney Road and discovered she had an active warrant.

All individuals are presumed innocent until convicted in court.
