AUGUSTA — The Augusta Police Department issued its weekly “Wanted Wednesday” alert, asking community members to help identify individuals who may be connected to local incidents.
The department shared several photos of persons of interest, acknowledging that some images may be of poor quality.
“We are doing what we can with what we have,” the department stated in its public notice.
Police are encouraging residents to contact the investigating officers listed in the photo captions with any information they might have about the individuals pictured.
“Your tip could be the key to solving a case,” the alert noted, emphasizing that no detail is too small.
The “Wanted Wednesday” initiative is part of the department’s ongoing effort to engage community assistance in solving local cases.
