MERIDEN — A local man was charged with risk of injury to a child following an investigation by the Meriden Police Department’s Special Crimes Unit.
Timothy Reardon, 30, was arrested on March 25 after police completed a thorough investigation into a possible sexual assault of a child that began on June 4, 2024.
Reardon was charged with violating Connecticut General Statutes 53-21, Risk of Injury to a Child.
He was released on a court-set Written Promise to Appear Bond.
The Meriden Police Department stated they are committed to protecting children and fully investigating every allegation of crimes against children.
