HAVERSTRAW — The Haverstraw Police Department arrested a 43-year-old West Haverstraw man Monday in connection with a recent residential burglary.
Carlos Sepulveda was identified as the suspect depicted in a circulated image related to the incident, according to police.
The arrest stemmed from an investigation into a reported incident where a suspect allegedly entered a residence and stole a package.
Sepulveda has been charged with burglary in the second degree, a class C felony; criminal trespass in the third degree, a class B misdemeanor; and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Following his arrest, Sepulveda was arraigned in Clarkstown Justice Court.
He was subsequently remanded to the Rockland County Correctional Facility.
