HALFMOON — A 19-year-old Halfmoon woman was arrested Monday after allegedly violating an order of protection during a domestic incident.
Victoria L. Bondari was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, a class E felony, and harassment in the second degree, a violation, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to an active domestic incident call on Eastwood Drive in Halfmoon at 5:49 p.m. Monday.
Investigators said Bondari violated an order of protection by subjecting the protected person to unlawful physical contact.
She was arraigned before the Honorable Joseph V. Fodera in the Halfmoon Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
