EVERETT — Investigators with the Special Criminal Investigations Unit initiated an investigation into street level narcotic distribution in and around the city of Everett on March 31 at approximately 5 p.m.
SCIU investigators, with the assistance of the Revere Police narcotics unit, utilized an undercover officer to purchase fentanyl.
As a result of this investigation, Yenky Pena-Lora of Roxbury was stopped and arrested.
Pena-Lora faces multiple charges including distribution of a Class A substance (fentanyl), trafficking a Class A substance (fentanyl) over 100 grams, and possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (crack cocaine).
