NORTH SMITHFIELD — A third juvenile suspect has been arrested in connection with a break-in at The Juice Box Vape Shop on Victory Highway, North Smithfield police announced Tuesday.
The juvenile was arrested and charged in family court on March 31, according to a statement from the North Smithfield Police Department.
The arrest follows a lengthy investigation into the August 14, 2024, break-in that involved several Massachusetts police agencies.
Two other juvenile suspects were previously arrested and charged in the case.
Police did not release the identities of the juveniles due to their age or specify what charges they face.
The investigation was conducted by the North Smithfield Police Department with assistance from law enforcement agencies in Massachusetts.
