Peekskill police seize drugs, arrest resident in narcotics investigation

PEEKSKILL — Peekskill police detectives executed a search warrant at a residence on South Division Street on Friday, March 28, resulting in the seizure of suspected crack cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine.

The operation, conducted with assistance from the Westchester County Police Narcotics Unit, followed an extensive investigation into narcotics sales in and around Peekskill.

Christopher Holmes, a Peekskill resident, was arrested and arraigned in Peekskill city court on multiple felony charges.

Holmes faces two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony, and one count of criminal possession of a narcotic drug in the fourth degree, a class C felony.

Following his arraignment, Holmes was released on his own recognizance.
