PEEKSKILL — Peekskill police detectives executed a search warrant at a Main Street residence Monday, resulting in the seizure of suspected crack cocaine and manufacturing precursors.
The March 24 raid, conducted with assistance from the Westchester County Police Narcotics Unit, followed an extensive investigation into narcotics sales in the Peekskill area.
Michael Stokely, a Peekskill resident, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of precursors of a controlled substance, a class E felony.
Stokely also faces two class A misdemeanor charges: criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Following his arraignment in Peekskill court, Stokely was remanded to the Westchester County Jail.
