ENDICOTT — A Johnson City man faces felony charges after allegedly providing alcohol to a minor in exchange for sexual contact.
On March 21, Broome County Sheriff’s Office detectives charged Keith T. Harrison II, 38, with Rape in the 3rd Degree and Aggravated Patronizing a Minor for Prostitution in the 3rd Degree, both Class E Felonies.
Investigators said Harrison exchanged messages with a juvenile female via text and Snapchat over several days, pursuing her sexually and eventually purchasing a bottle of flavored vodka for her in exchange for sexual contact.
Following the investigation, Harrison was arrested, charged and arraigned at Central Arraignment Part before being remanded to the Broome County Sheriff’s Correctional Facility.
An Order of Protection was filed on behalf of the victim.
