SCITUATE — Rhode Island State Police arrested Frank A. Campagnone, 39, of Foster, following a hit and run accident investigation Saturday, March 30, at 10:30 p.m.
Campagnone, of 36 King Road, was charged with duty to stop in accidents resulting in damage to attended vehicle.
Warwick Police located the suspect vehicle and took Campagnone into custody on separate charges of driving under the influence of liquor with a child passenger under the age of twelve.
The suspect was held overnight at the Warwick Police Department pending morning arraignment.
Campagnone will be presented as a bail violator on both the Warwick Police and State Police charges.
